Jovan White Musk for Women Eau de Cologne 96ml | Iconic Floral Musk Fragrance

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I ordered Jovan White Musk for Women from this brand, but they sent me **Jovan Musk for Women instead. When I contacted them about the mistake, they told me that Jovan White Musk was not even in stock. If the product was unavailable, it should never have been listed or sold as available in the first place.

What made the situation even worse was their handling of the return/refund. I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping myself, and that only after they received the product would they “see” whether they could refund me. So the customer is expected to pay for returning an item that was sent incorrectly, with no clear guarantee of a refund.

I also had to call repeatedly because they were not responding properly to my messages. The lack of communication and the way they handled a very simple order issue was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

This experience has completely damaged my trust in this brand. Please be careful when ordering from them and make sure you verify the exact product and availability before placing an order. I would personally not recommend ordering from a business that handles its own mistakes this way.
